A.	Waraku International Pte Ltd is franchising its successful casual Japanese dining concept & Japanese Pasta & cafe concept internationally by offering you a Business Format Franchise that includes a well-defined corporate identity, comprehensive support to franchisees including initial training, start-up and on-going support, marketing support, supply of products, operations manuals and a well-defined payment scheme.
	Essentially, the Business Format Franchise encompasses:
		Unique and distinctive Corporate Identity Package.
		We will assist you in unifying all motivational images, from corporate identity to space planning, from advertising and marketing to employee attire, from menu packaging to interior designs.
		Experienced management expertise and franchise support staff.

Consequently, we are looking for savvy entrepreneurs or established companies, confident of running a successful retail business to join us as our Franchisees in the Asia-Pacific as well as internationally. Ideally, you would meet the following attributes:

	WHAT STEPS DO I TAKE TO BECOME A WARAKU FRANCHISEE?
	1.	Thank you for your interest in the Waraku Franchise.
	2.	Please complete the confidential Franchise Enquiry and Registration Form and send it to a Waraku Franchise representative by mail or fax at the stated address.
	3.	We will either conduct a telephone interview with you or meet you personally in an attempt to discover first, if this is something you are able to do and second, if we feel that you will make a successful area, master or unit franchise owner. If we feel that you are suitably qualified for this franchise business endeavour, we will inform you accordingly.
	4.	At this moment in time, You are required to complete the registration process by depositing a non-refundable registration fee of US Dollars US$1,000. However This fee will in included in the upfront fee should you be successful in your appointment as a Waraku Franchisee and subsequent payment of the upfront fee.
	5.	Once the registration fee has been received, we will highlight in greater detail our franchise expansion objectives as well as the potential areas or territories where a Waraku franchise may operate.
	6.	You will then be expected to look or scout for suitable sites within the specified territories and revert to us when one or more potential sites have been identified.
	7.	At this juncture, we will assist you in determining the financial viability of the Waraku franchise based on current and available data.
	8.	We will evaluate and endorse the site(s) selected.
	9.	During this period, you may wish to enter into a franchise agreement with Waraku International Pte Ltd and pay the upfront fee accordingly. Alternatively, you may sign a Letter of intent with us pending the signing of the Franchise Agreement at an agreed later date.
	10.	We will then proceed to the next step in providing assistance to you with the setting up of the Waraku outlet.
	11.	You are now on your way to becoming another valued member of Waraku Franchise Family.
